- You cannot save this form to be completed later, so please have everything you need in order to complete the form.
- A separate form must be completed for each person attending the camp.
- Please enter the email address that you would like to receive future important communications about the camp.
- In the form, you will be asked for medical insurance information, as well as blood type and date of the camper’s last tetanus booster.
- Payment for the camp is by credit/debit card only.
- You will receive a confirmation of registration and payment in your email.
2024 Camper Registration Form – For students finishing grades 4,5,6,7 or 8 as of May 1, 2024.
2024 Counselor Registration Form – For teens age 17 or younger as of July 22, 2024.
2024 Staff Registration Form – For adults age 18 or older as of July 22, 2024.
